Are you a business owner? Do you own Commercial Property? With access to multiple carriers, we are suited to assist with all of your business insurance needs.
This is Broad coverage that most businesses need to operate.
General liability covers business related incidents that result in bodily injury to a third-party. This can include a customer slipping and falling on your premises, or an employee accidentally dropping a toolbox on someone’s foot. Of course, this coverage only applies to non-employee injuries.
Additionally, general liability protects any third-party property damage resulting from your business operations. For example, a landscaper’s policy may cover a stone that kicks up from their lawn mower
and breaks a client’s window
This is coverage for the tangible item your business owns. For example, the building your business is housed in, the equipment used to operate your business (this is up to certain limits depending on your policy and may require an inland marine policy to cover all equipment), this would also include furniture you own and hardware up to a certain amount per item.
Business Income/Interruption Coverage
If your business suffers a loss that is covered by your commercial policy, and you carry Business Interruption Coverage, this coverage will provide you with any loss of income you suffer from for the inability to perform regular business.
Personal Advertising Injury
Not all injuries are physical. Any written or verbal communications that cause harm can also be covered under your general liability policy. This encompasses libel, slander, malicious mischief and copyright infringement, to name a few.
